Do you struggle with changing your eating habits? Do you want to prepare healthier meals for your family? Do you want to enjoy cooking and keep it simple? Have you been told by your doctor that you need to eat better, but you don’t know where to begin?

Sherri Mraz is the owner and founder of the Cookin’ Yogi and the Wellness Cooking Academy. She has taught healthy cooking classes, coached workplace wellness programs and led workshops since 2007.

Working with Sherri you will learn how to master healthy simple cooking and how to prepare meals and stay organized. As you begin to feel better, new habits are formed and less healthful ones disappear. You will also receive tips for motivation in self care, self awareness, setting goals, intentions and moving your body. 

Every hostess receives a complimentary Cookin’ Yogi cookbook to help make healthy food easy. Copies are available for sale to your guests.

Sherri Mraz is also the founder and owner of the Wellness Cooking Academy, which trains health coaches and other wellness advocates to grow their businesses with cooking classes and spread the message that “Healthy Begins in the Kitchen.”

Sherri graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She completed their specially selected second year internship program and was a mentor for their long distance learning program for 9 years. Sherri is certified through Teachers College Columbia University and by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She is also certified as an advanced yoga teacher.

Sherri received the “Best Plate” Award at the Flavors of Wellington 2013 event., held at the Palm Beach Equestrian Center . She teaches healthy cooking classes for events, community centers, civic groups, doctors offices and in home settings.
