Quinoa Patty

Cheesy crunchy quinoa delight

 

Ingredients

2 cups cooked quinoa

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 eggs

2 cloves garlic

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup parmessan

1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

Directions

Saute minced garlic in 1 Tbsp olive oil

Mix together with all other ingredients

Toss with quinoa

Press into patties and fry with remaining olive oil, about 3 minutes per side until golden brown

Tip: Don’t disturb until crisp on outside or they will fall apart

Easy! Delicious!
